A Montgomery County real estate agent who grew up here
I was raised in Montgomery County and never really left — Conroe High School, a BBA from Sam Houston State University, and a Texas real estate license held since 2007. Today I help buyers, sellers, and renters across the county, from the courthouse square in Conroe to the coves of Lake Conroe, in English and in Spanish.
This page is the starting point for working with me anywhere in the county. From here you can open any community guide, browse what is on the market, or go straight to a conversation.

Homes & property types
Montgomery County housing runs the full range: master-planned communities in the south county, established in-town neighborhoods in Conroe and Willis, waterfront homes around Lake Conroe, new construction along the growth corridors, and land or acreage in the north and west. The same week can bring a downtown bungalow, a lakefront retreat, and a ten-acre homesite to market.
Commutes & major roads
Interstate 45 is the county's spine, running north–south through Willis, Conroe, and The Woodlands. TX-105 crosses east–west through Conroe toward Lake Conroe and Montgomery, FM 1488 links Magnolia to I-45 across the south county, and the Grand Parkway (TX-99) and the Hardy Toll Road carry commuters toward Houston from the county's south edge.

Relocation guideQuestions
Common questions about Montgomery County
Which parts of Montgomery County do you cover?
All of it — Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, Magnolia, Willis, and the Lake Conroe area — plus neighboring San Jacinto, Liberty, Walker, Polk, and Madison counties and North Harris County, as listed on my HAR profile.
Do you work with both buyers and sellers?
Yes. I represent buyers and sellers, and I also help renters find and lease homes. Whichever side you are on, you get the same straight answers and the same attention to the paperwork.
Can we do everything in Spanish?
Yes — contracts, negotiations, showings, and every phone call can happen entirely in Spanish. I also hold an NAR-recognized At Home with Diversity® certification.
How do property taxes work here?
Property values and exemptions are administered by the Montgomery Central Appraisal District, and the Montgomery County Tax Office bills and collects. Many newer subdivisions also sit in municipal utility districts (MUDs) that levy their own taxes — the TCEQ locator linked above shows district boundaries.
How do I start?
