Accessibility Statement

rafaelsells.com is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a launch requirement, not a follow-up.
This document is provided in English and Spanish; if the versions differ, the English version controls.
Conformance status
Current status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Most pages meet the standard, but full manual testing across the complete protocol has not yet finished, and we do not claim conformance we have not verified.
Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with a skip link, consistent landmarks, and a logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard operability — native controls where possible and a visible focus indicator that is never removed.
- A color palette validated for WCAG contrast in every text pairing used.
- Reduced-motion parity: every animation has a reduced or disabled equivalent when the system setting requests it.
- Zoom and reflow support at 200% and 400% without two-dimensional scrolling.
- Forms with visible labels, error summaries that link to the affected field, and status messages announced to assistive technology.
- Automated accessibility checks in the build pipeline plus manual screen-reader testing in English and Spanish.
Known limitations
- The interactive property map is a canvas-based control; a full list alternative with the same results is always provided.
- The consultation scheduler is an embedded third-party tool; booking by phone or through the contact form is always available as an equivalent path.
Assessment approach
Self-evaluation: automated axe-core checks run with each build, plus a manual keyboard and screen-reader protocol (NVDA and VoiceOver) before releases. This statement is reviewed with each release and at least quarterly.
