A Conroe real estate agent from Conroe
Conroe is my hometown in the most literal sense — I graduated from Conroe High School and have spent most of my life in and around the county seat. I have held a Texas real estate license since 2007, and today I help Conroe buyers, sellers, and renters in English and in Spanish.
Founded in 1881 by lumberman Isaac Conroe and the seat of Montgomery County since 1889, the city has grown well beyond its sawmill-town roots — and I have watched much of that growth happen firsthand.

Homes & property types
Conroe's mix runs from older in-town streets near downtown and the courthouse square to newer master-planned sections on the city's edges, lake-adjacent subdivisions on the west side toward Lake Conroe, and land listings north and east of town. Price points span a wider range than in most nearby markets because the housing stock itself does.
Commutes & major roads
Interstate 45 runs straight through Conroe, connecting north to Willis and Huntsville and south to The Woodlands and Houston. TX-105 crosses town east–west, heading toward Lake Conroe and Montgomery, and Loop 336 rings the city. Per the Texas State Historical Association, Conroe sits about seven miles southeast of Lake Conroe.
